Daryl is the Executive/Lead Pastor and is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Sharon Church, leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church’s mission. This includes church staff, outreach, arts, pastoral care, group life, student and children’s ministry areas as well as strategic planning, finance, administration, human resources, and operations.
He has been on staff at Sharon since 2000. He is married to Tammy and together they have two incredible teenage boys, Heath and Brady. Daryl enjoys sports of all kinds, watching and coaching, and has a goal of visiting all Major League baseball parks.

Jeremy and his family have been members of Sharon Church since 2019. He is responsible for leading our church through teaching and vision. He desires to see our church know God in such a real and powerful way that we see ourselves the way He sees us and that we see others the way He sees them.
He is married to Meredith and together they have three beautiful children, Colten, Casen, and Landry.
Minister of Pastoral Care and Assimilation
Jeff joined the staff at Sharon in January of 2016 as Minister of Pastoral Care. His primary responsibilities include serving with our Senior Adults in the JOY Ministry, giving leadership to the Chapel ministry (8:45 am service), ministering to those in the hospital as well as our shut-ins, serving those who are bereaved along with our phenomenal JoAnn Ministry, and providing counseling services to our church family and community. He also gives leadership to our Assimilation Ministry which includes our CONNECT Ministry and the Sharon 101 Seminar.
Jeff was born and raised in Macon, Georgia and graduated from Mercer University. He is also a graduate of Georgia State University and the Psychological Studies Institute where he received a Master's degree in Community Counseling. In addition, he is a graduate of the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently working on his doctorate at NOBTS. Jeff is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia.
Jeff has been married to Marie (West) since 1983 and they have two adult children, Andrew and Abigail, and a son-in-law and daughter-in-law.. He has served churches in both Georgia and Florida. Jeff enjoys music, the theater, and American Sign Language.

Joel is the Worship Pastor and leads our music ministry on Sunday mornings. His hope is that the songs we sing would help us see Jesus, love Jesus and love others like Jesus does.
He and his family joined Sharon Church in November of 2019. He's not good at impressions, accents or video games, among a myriad of other things, but he still tries.

Calendar and Student Ministry Assistant
Donna is the Student Ministry Assistant for Middle & High School and also handles our building/calendar request, to include scheduling a baptism date & baby/child dedications. Donna has been a member of Sharon Church since 1994 and on staff since January 2001.
Donna is married and they have two older boys. Donna enjoys serving with our student ministry program, making wreaths, flower arrangements & baking cookies.

High School Pastor
Greg has the privilege of being the High School Pastor, and has a passion for creating doers of the word. He desires to help guide the church to becoming less consumer focused, and becoming more obedient to the truths we already know. He leads by example at a local high school where he is the Chaplin for the football team and Assistant Coach of the Varsity soccer team.
He has two bachelors degrees. He has a Business Management degree from Georgia State, and a Middle Grades Education degree from Clayton State. Greg has been on staff at Sharon since 1995.
Greg has been married to his high school sweet heart for 25 years, and they share 3 children; Ryland, Grace and Emma. He enjoys spending time with his family, being with students, and loving on the people of Guatemala. (Boomer Sooner)

Director of Recreational Ministires
Dwayne oversees the recreation ministry. A large part of recreation is our Crossover Sports ministry which includes Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football and Cheer-leading during the basketball season. Basketball and Flag Football are offered for ages K-5 through 8th grade and Soccer is for K-5 through 6th grade. He leads a middle school and high school basketball tournament in the spring as well as an extreme sports camp in the summer as part of our VBS program. Dwayne has served in youth ministry for over 25 years in several different capacities including 8 years as a youth pastor here in Georgia and the last 10 years at Sharon with the recreation ministry. Born and raised in South Florida, he moved to Henry County Ga in 1999. He is married to the amazing Sheri McClelland. She is a high school english teacher at New Creation Christian Academy and he has two wonderful children that attend New Creation, his son Jonas (15) and daughter Eliza (12). As a hobby Dwayne has officiated several sports and coaches high school basketball.

Dr. Robert Rohm
Chapel Teaching Pastor
Dr. Robert A. Rohm, joined our staff in 2014 as the Teaching Pastor here at Sharon Church. He was the Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church, Dallas, Texas, with Dr. W. A. Criswell, and the Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church, Atlanta with Dr. Charles F. Stanley. Dr. Rohm graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a major in Bible Exposition. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in educational administration from the University of North Texas. He has been recognized as one of the leading authorities of the DISC Model of Human Behavior in the world. Dr. Rohm has authored over 20 books and training programs. He and his wife April, speak at ministry and corporate events as they travel the world together teaching the good news of Jesus Christ.
Middle School & Mentoring Ministries
Codi joined our staff in May of 2017 and he leads the middle school ministry here at Sharon Church. He oversees Middle School events, and leads the ministry every Wednesday night and Sunday morning.
Codi has a degree in International Studies with minors in Religion and Spanish from Piedmont College in Clarkesville Georgia. He has two years of counseling experience having worked with troubled teens and their families who are in crisis situations.
Codi married the woman of his dreams on March 31st, 2018. He loves to play sports (especially soccer), and he enjoys spending time with youth in an attempt to build lasting relationships through fellowship.

Sharon Christian Academy Director & Preschool Ministry Director
Natalie has served as the director of our weekday preschool program since 2007. She has a passion for teaching children about Jesus. She leads Chapel once a week with our preschoolers. Her desire is for students to leave our school with a strong educational foundation and knowledge of how God loves us. She leads a loving staff of believers who also enjoy ministering to families.
Natalie has been married to her husband Jeremy for 20 years. They have three sons John Ethan, Hank and Neil. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys in their various activities, and reading.

Children's Ministry Director
Allison leads our ministry to children grades 1-5 on Sundays and Wednesdays. She also oversees Summer VBS and other seasonal functions designed to engage children and their families in fellowship with one another.
Allison has an education background, having taught school for 10 years. She moved to Georgia in 2015, and has been the Children's Ministry Director since December 2016. She is married to Brandon Turner, and they have two boys--Samuel and Nathan. Allison enjoys working in the yard and going to the beach.

Dayna Worsham has been on staff at Sharon since 2013, currently assisting the church as the Financial Assistant.
She and her husband have four children. Her favorite things include spending time with family, vacationing at the beach, reading, and cheering for the Gators!
