Daryl is the Executive/Lead Pastor and is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Sharon Church, leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church’s mission. This includes church staff, outreach, arts, pastoral care, group life, student and children’s ministry areas as well as strategic planning, finance, administration, human resources, and operations.

He is married to Tammy and together they have two adult boys, Heath and Brady. Daryl enjoys sports of all kinds, watching and coaching, and has a goal of visiting all Major League baseball parks.

Jeremy is responsible for leading our church through teaching, discipleship, and vision. He desires to see our church know God in such a real and powerful way that we see ourselves the way He sees us and that we see others the way He sees them.

He is married to Meredith and together they have three children, Colten, Casen, and Landry.

Brian and his wife, Lori, have spent a number of years in ministry. Brian has served in many roles and has a true shepherds heart. He oversees our Care Ministries including OneWay and counseling as well as pastoring our senior adults.

AJ is responsible for the stewarship of our grounds and buildings. He is a selfless, joyful worker who loves the Lord and His church. 

Joel is the Worship Pastor and leads our music teams across all ministries. His hope is that the songs we sing would help us see Jesus, love Jesus and love others like Jesus does. 

He and his wife, Hannah, have two children - Felix & Ruth.

Karley leads our ministry to children grades 1-5 on Sundays and Wednesdays. She also oversees Summer VBS and other seasonal functions designed to engage children and their families in fellowship with one another.

She is married to Harrison, and they have three children - Ava, Cooper, & Maverick.

Micah is the Middle School director and is responsible for the leadership of our Middle School Student Ministry. This includes leading a team of adult volunteers and ministering to Middle School Students at our church and in our community. Micah also serves as the Assistant Director of our Crossover sports ministry.

He is married to Kristen and they share a love for Christ and His church.

Donna is the Student Ministry Assistant for Middle & High School and also handles our building/calendar request, to include scheduling a baptism date & baby/child dedications.

Donna is married and they have two older boys. Donna enjoys serving with our student ministry program, coordinating our Sharon Craft Events, making wreaths, flower arrangements & baking cookies.

Dwayne oversees the recreation ministry. A large part of recreation is our Crossover Sports ministry which includes Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football and Cheer-leading during the basketball season.

He is married to his wife, Sherri, and has two wonderful children - Jonas & Eliza.

Codi leads our High School Student Ministry.

He is married to his wife, Chandler. He loves to play sports (especially soccer), and he enjoys spending time with youth in an attempt to build lasting relationships through fellowship.

Natalie is the Director of Sharon Christian Academy and the Director of our Sunday morning preschool ministry: SC-TOTS. She has a passion for teaching children about Jesus. She leads Chapel once a week with our preschoolers. Her desire is for students to leave our school with a strong educational foundation and knowledge of how God loves us. She leads a loving staff of believers who also enjoy ministering to families.

Natalie and her husbad, Jeremy, have three sons John Ethan, Hank and Neil. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys in their various activities, and reading.

Mallorie leads our worship ministry for our high school students, leads our Sunday morning Worship Choir, and is responsible for the leading of worship at our recovery ministry - OneWay.

Mallorie is a gifted musician and vocalist who uses her gifts beautifully to lead us to worship the King.

Dayna Worsham serves our church as the Financial Assistant.

She and her husband, Josh,  have four children. Her favorite things include spending time with family, vacationing at the beach, reading, and cheering for the Gators!
