Season 1 of Acts took place in Jerusalem and as we step into season 2 we are moving to Judea and Samaria. It took persecution to move the Christians from the comfort of Jerusalem to their calling to reach the ends of the earth but God will use it in His power.

While much of the ministry of the early church was moving forward with the only opposition being from the religious jealousy of the Jews, things change in this passage. Famine, James is murdered by the Roman government, & Peter is arrested. How do the Christians respond to this wave of tribulation? Earnest prayer.
